Is this a training or consulting program? No. The Team Account is a fixed-price subscription to the TRIEVR Recall platform. You set up your recall team, load your process, and run mock recalls yourself, on your own schedule. There is no facilitated or consultant-led exercise. You and your team do the practice on the same system you would use in a real event.
What’s the difference between a mock recall and a recall simulation? A mock recall is an inventory-based traceability exercise: pick a lot, account for 100% of it, ideally within two hours. A recall simulation is a broader exercise that tests your whole organization’s response, including decision-making, roles, communication, and retrieval. The Team Account is built around mock recalls, and it gives your team the recall organization, contacts, templates, and communication tools to practice those wider steps as well.
What happens if we have a real recall during the term? Your account is already live and your team already knows it, so you execute immediately instead of starting from zero. We’ll cover exactly how a live event is handled on the call.
Does it cover field alerts and field corrections too, not just recalls? Yes. Field alerts, field safety notices, field corrections, and withdrawals run through the same platform and templates.
How many people can we add? Your recall team — working team and decision team — at no per-user cost.
